RETURN POLICY

Kindly choose the products carefully as we do not refund because of change of mind.

Advices or guidence given of a suitable mattress over phone or email- will be based on the answers given by client on questions asked and recommendations given will be of general non binding nature.

In case the mattress does not turn out to be suitable, the company ITALIAN BEDS or the PERSON(S) who has given advice and guidance will not be responsible under any circumstances, THOUGH every endeavour will be made to help as much as possible at customers cost, in case extra costs occur.

Refunds can be made only if the product is faulty, damaged or not the same as purchased.

If in case due to unforseen circumstances a refund has to be made, as goodwill gesture, 30?min fee will be
deducted and the goods must be returned to warehouse/showroom in the same condition as supplied without any damage or marks. Refund will only be made once the goods have been received in Store.

REFUND POLICY

Every endeavour will be made to supply items odered in time, but due to covid stocks are selling fast and computer system may not update stocks immediately.If you need the items URGENTLY kindly email or call ITALIAN BEDS to ensure the availability of stocks before purchase.In case an order is placed and items are sold out or not in stock then the supply will be made as soon as stocks are available,which may vary from item to item, State to State and Town to Town

For Statewide Delivery, courier logistics may vary company to company and area wise, Allow delays in Logistics.

If the Italian Mattresses are not in stock in store - every endeavor will be made to deliver with 4-12 weeks, THOUGH MOST OF TIME STOCKS COULD BE AVAILABLE
